Snap store profile | Snapcraft package sources
I publish and maintain around 10 snap packages, mostly tools I use in my own infrastructure or development workflow. The current set includes Nebula, OpenBao, Woodpecker CI agent, salt-lint, ansible-lint, ctop, esptool, pepper, fserv, and hullcaster. Some of these are infrastructure tools I deploy across systems, others are development utilities I want available quickly on Ubuntu-based machines.
Of the very few non-Alpine systems I run they tend to be Debian based, it's a really friendly distro to hand to a curious 10 year old. Being able to quickly package up a new up to date tool (like esptool) and immediately start using it helps me curate the Linux experience for my son so we can focus on doing the cool tinkering stuff together.
I'm less embedded in the Snapcraft community than I am with Alpine, and I don't pretend otherwise. But applying packaging skills to other formats is a natural progression. I think the start of a contribution can grow.
